"I found the training programme to be exceptionally beneficial. You receive one to one training as well as one to one advice on various health related matters. I learnt many beneficial things, especially in regards to food and healthy meals. I was never a stranger to dieting but was always reduced to calorie counting and other tedious activities, which after an initial weight loss would see the weight pile back on.
What this does is bring long term change by altering food habits with lifestyle and improves the health. I was always a bit nervous about joining weight loss classes or a gym as my level of fitness and the ongoing deterioration of my health made me feel embarrassed. With privacy I felt that I didnít have to be shy as my weaknesses were confidential, which allowed me to progress comfortably at my own level.
I now have a long term weight loss programme in place which allows me to lose the weight, although slowly, but in such a way that does not make me feel vulnerable and depressed of the thought of dieting. I've had the fantastic opportunity of being trained by Saleem for 3 / 4 months now and I can say without any doubt my lifestyle has completely changed for the better! He is very organised , meticulous in planning and very concerned about my improvement. I was totally impressed with the way he has everything wriiten down and recorded in files, the way he measured how much extra fat I had on my body and weight etc.
We discussed and measured in detail where improvement was needed and clear concise targets and how to get to those targets. The way he operates is totally professional .
